The Cappellettatrici Mod. D85 are machines to produce “cappelletti” and “tortelloni” in various shapes and to produce one sheet ravioli thanks to the possibility of interchanging moulds. The Cappelletatrici Mod. D85 are particularly qualified for the working with soft stuffings so that it’s possible to obtain products of high quality and genuineness. This range of machines has been planned to reduce time of cleaning and to eliminate waste of stuffing at the end of work. The machine structure is made of steel without varnished. The electric plant and the safety appliances work in low tension (24 Volts). The electric motors are triphase 380-220 Volts – 50/60 Hz. At request we can furnish special voltages.
