Deaoff.com Privacy Policy:
This policy covers information collected by the company "Officina Dea S.r.l.", Via Terpi, 22N - 16141 Genoa - Italy, called "Deaoff" and/or "Deaoff.com". Products and services are purchased by User or Contractor through the http://www.deaoff.com site.
1) Customer informations:
Informations are collected at the time of an order, to complete the sale(s) and/or the negotiation(s), the shipment of the products and for future marketing purposes. In addition, customer informations, are used in case there is a problem with an order and Deaoff.com Customer Service needs to contact the Contractor. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to any third parties. Deaoff.com does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except for renewal notices).
2) Informations about children:
Deaoff does not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal informations to Deaoff.com, the informations are deleted. Note that Deaoff cannot always determine that a user is a child. Deaoff.com does not maintain databases about children.
3) Web site log files:
Like most web sites log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable informations. They are collected to improve Deaoff.com service and to administer the web site.
4) Cookies:
Deaoff.com does not send Internet "cookies" to its visitors' systems.
5) No third party downloads:
No images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. This means no banner networks, hidden "web bugs".
6) External Linking:
Clicks for external links are not logged. No server-side redirection scripts are used.
7) Mailing lists - Newsletters:
Deaoff.com may maintain subscription mailing lists and/or newsletters.
8) User registration:
Deaoff.com web site do not require user(s) registration.
9) Favicon.ico requests:
Some browsers initiate a "favicon.ico" request to a web site when a user adds a site to their "Favorites" list (.ico stands for "icon"). It is a small 16x16 pixel icon that replaces the standard icon used for a web page. Favicon.ico requests are tracked.
10) Privacy Policy changes:
The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If there are changes made in the future the changes will not affect information already collected.
